MIC: an advocate for our international colleagues
About us:
Welcome to the Máxima International Community (MIC)! Did you know that we have over 150 international employees from more than 50 countries working at the Princess Máxima Center? We are excited that there are so many different cultures, languages, and experiences represented at our center, as we truly believe that it will make our care and research activities better. Ultimately, our diverse environment will help the Máxima Center to achieve its mission of curing all children with cancer, with optimal quality of life.
Our goal:
The MIC strives to be an advocate for our international colleagues, including supporting Dutch language courses and building a community after moving to a new country. This cookbook is one method where we can learn more about each other, including the diversity of cultures at our center. We hope that it brings you inspiration for learning new recipes and for bringing people together.
Donations:
Costs will be used to cover initiatives within the Quality of Life domain.

Welkom bij de Máxima International Community (MIC)! Wist je dat er meer dan 150 internationale medewerkers uit meer dan 50 landen in het Máxima werken? We zijn verheugd dat er zoveel verschillende culturen, talen en ervaringen vertegenwoordigd zijn in ons centrum, omdat we echt geloven dat het onze zorg- en onderzoeksactiviteiten zal verbeteren. Uiteindelijk zal onze diverse omgeving het Máxima helpen om zijn missie te realiseren om alle kinderen met kanker te genezen, met optimale kwaliteit van leven.
Ons doel:
Het MIC streeft ernaar een pleitbezorger te zijn voor onze internationale collega's, inclusief het ondersteunen van Nederlandse taalcursussen en het opbouwen van een gemeenschap na verhuizing naar een nieuw land. Dit kookboek is een methode waarbij wij meer over elkaar kunnen leren, inclusief de diversiteit aan culturen in ons centrum. We hopen dat het je inspiratie geeft om nieuwe recepten te leren en om mensen samen te brengen.

De kosten zullen worden gebruikt om initiatieven voor kwaliteit van leven te dekken.
